Direkt nach der Bestellung wird umgehend mit der Produktion begonnen. Wir nennen dies On Demand Additive Manufacturing. Jeh nachdem was bestellt wird, dauern Drucke sowie Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung jeh nach Komplexität und Dauer der Drucke sowie der Bestellmenge etwa 24 - 72 Stunden bis zum Versand. Teilweise kann bei beliebten Produkten auf unser Lager zurück gegriffen werden und der Versand erfolgt teils am gleichen Tag. In wenigen Ausnahmefällen z.B. wenn Zulieferer eingebunden sind, kann es etwas länger dauern.

Wie lange dauert der Versand und was bedeuten die Status Informationen?

Der Versand dauert in der Regel 1-3 Werktage. Bedingt durch die Einschränkungen der COVID-19 Pandemie und dadurch erhöhtes online Bestellvolumen steigen die Lieferzeiten bei den Versand-Unternehmen, und Pakete sind teils etwa 7 Kalendertage oder in Ausnahmefällen auch länger im Inland unterwegs. Warenpost ist für uns und unsere Kunden in den Kosten günstig inkl. Versicherung und Sendungsverfolgung. Warenpost wird erst im Verteilerzentrum oder in der Zielregion gescannt. Daher steht meist der Status bei Etsy online einige Zeit oder Tage auf „Vor Versand“. In der Regel erhalten Sie aber zum Zeitpunkt des Versandes eine Info durch Etsy, das die Ware versendet wurde und es bekommt auch eine Sendungsnummer beim Verlassen unseres Hauses.

Wir haben aktuell neue günstige Versandoptionen bei den kleineren Teilen im Shop freigeschalten und testen wie diese laufen. Hierbei Handelt es sich um Großbriefe und Maxibriefe mit Matrixcode und einem Basistracking. Hierbei gibt es den Versand sehr günstig und das Tracking umfasst nur das Absender Verteilzentrum und das Empfänger Verteilzentrum. Eine Scannung ist seitens der Post aber nicht immer Garantiert oder möglich. Eine Zustellbestätigung gibt es hier nicht. Für eine Zustellbestätigung gibt es im Shop, im Warenkorb die Option unter dem Versand ein Upgrade auszuwählen. Die Nächste Stufe ist Großbrief/Maxibrief mit Zustellbestätigung oder das Upgrade auf Paket.
