If any jewelry you buy does not fit I will gladly exchange it for the right size. However, as stated above the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. EXCEPTIONS may apply. I highly recommend measuring the right size before purchasing so that you can avoid getting the wrong size.

Gold or silver plating is a thin layer of gold or silver over a base metal. It will wear off over time. In general, gold or silver plating lasts about two years with good care, but it does depend on other things such as humidity and acidity levels of your skin. You can usually get your jewelry replated when needed by a local jeweler. I highly recommend following the jewelry care instructions to allow your jewelry to last longer.

A seed bead is a generic term for any small glass bead. The seed beads I use are of high quality. These beads are not made in China but in the Czech Republic. Czech beads are famous for their quality. They are more expensive but well worth it. I've used so many different brands of seed beads, from very cheap ones to very expensive ones. The cheaper ones I've used have lost their color because they just have a layer of paint that comes off quicker than you'd think or are often misshapen. I don't use many, but some of the seed beads are metallic, and the shiny coat will come off over time. I recommend following the jewelry care instructions for seed bead jewelry.

For extra long lasting and to keep your jewelry looking new I recommend following these jewelry care tips:

• Keep away from water and direct sunlight.
• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising and before bedtime.
• Apply cosmetics, perfumes, and lotions before putting on.
• Store in a clean dry place.

All my jewelry is carefully packaged in bubble wrap mailers. If you mark your order as a gift I always include any gift message you write. You can find out your size by measuring the circumference of your wrist. To do this you can either use a measuring tape or use a piece of ribbon or string. For a standard fit, add about HALF AN INCH to the circumference of your wrist for the bracelet size. If you like your bracelets to fit looser then add an inch. If you like them to be fairly tight, but not too tight then add a quarter of an inch-be careful measuring if you do this! (Some tape measures are slightly off so be prepared for a slight variation in size.) If you fall between two sizes I recommend getting the larger one OR requesting a custom size. I'd be happy to do custom sizes. :-)

Its important to follow these tips to allow your pearls to keep their luster and natural beauty:

• Wipe pearls with soft cloth after each use to remove skin oils and dirt.
• Avoid contact with perfume and chemicals in general
• Store pearls in a non-airtight container when not in use to prevent them from drying out.
• Also make sure you don't store them with other hard gems that can scratch the pearls

Add about an inch to the circumference of your ankle for the anklet size. If you fall between two sizes I recommend getting the larger one or requesting a custom size. • If your order was marked as delivered by the USPS, I cannot be held responsible for the package (as It could have been stolen).

• If your package got lost and tracking info hasn't been updated, I will replace your order and send you a new package. (There ARE EXCEPTIONS to this) When it comes to larger orders, I will require help covering the cost of the replacement order, as I cannot be held responsible for the USPS.
