What are the dimensions for A sizes?

I offer paper sizes from A4 to A0, which follow the international A-series standard: A4: 210 mm x 297 mm (8.3 in x 11.7 in) A3: 297 mm x 420 mm (11.7 in x 16.5 in) A2: 420 mm x 594 mm (16.5 in x 23.4 in) A1: 594 mm x 841 mm (23.4 in x 33.1 in) A0: 841 mm x 1189 mm (33.1 in x 46.8 in) Note for U.S. Customers: These sizes are different from the U.S. Letter (8.5 x 11 in) or Tabloid sizes.

Do you offer custom designs or sizes?

I do not offer custom designs or sizes at this time. All products are made to the specifications listed in the product descriptions.

How should I care for my print?

To ensure your beautiful new print lasts as long as possible, it’s best to frame them behind glass to protect them from moisture, dust, and sunlight. This will help preserve the colours and quality of the artwork over time.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact me within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, I am unable to make changes or cancellations.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll make it right!

Delayed Or Lost Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond my control, such as weather, high shipping volumes, or postal service issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out, and I’ll assist in resolving the issue. All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an item is marked as delivered, it is considered delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you believe you order was mis-delivered or missing, please contact me within 7 days of the marked delivery date so I can reach out to the carrier and help investigate. Please also check with neighbours or other household members.

Can you send a digital download?

No, I do not currently offer digital downloads. All of my products are physical items that will be shipped to you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As all items are made to order, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order (such as a defect or error), please get in touch and I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your satisfaction is really important to me.
