How long does it take to dispatch the order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it up to 1-2 days after receiving a payment. In other situation it can takes up to 7-10 days. Please contact us about bigger quantities or custom orders. It will usually take us about 1-2 weeks to complete the order, depends of the item and quantity.

Will my order arrive intact, without damages?

In 99% of cases YES. We pack our ceramics very carefully, use a lots of styrofoam, bubble wrap and handmade wood boxes to insure it's safe arrival to your home )))

How much time will delivery take to USA?

Arrival time to USA is from 5 to 15 days, depends of delivery companies and situations on the borders.

Each product is individually, we will execute your order in the identical technique, style and color, but a repeat 1 in 1 is not possible, because we are not a factory, so this is a part of the charm of handmade crafts... Is my item will be the same, like on the picture?

The beauty of handmade ceramics is that each product is individual. We are create each model of our items in the same style and color, but exact repeat is not possible. 100% copy is possible on the factory, but we are not a factory) Most of our items in in our listings had already found their owners, we show them as an example of a model that we will happily repeat for you. So that each people will have an individual and not repeatable piece of happiness!!! :)))))

If the client didn't get the parcel on the post and it was returned to us

In this situation, we can resend the parcel if the customer will pay for shipping cost. If this option doesn't suit the client, we should to deduct the shipping cost from the paid amount and return the difference to the client. The situation is not pleasant, but for ourself we always do our best in manufacturing / packaging / shipping for our clients will be happy. If for some reason the client was unable to receive the parcel, this is not the store fault, and the delivery should be paid by the customer.

Who need to pay a custom fees?

Order cancelation rules, when parcel delivered

This ceramic light fixture features a unique, asymmetrical lampshade, making it a rare and original piece.
Each lamp is completely unique, with its own distinct style and shape.
We craft all lamps using the same technique, and they develop their bent shape during the final firing at 1210°C.
As a result, all of our lamps tend to be more or less oval.

The ceiling canopy is also made of white porcelain and includes metal installation hardware inside.
