Fat quarters and yardage available. Please choose desired size and quantity from drop down menu. Yardage will be combined if you purchase more than one. For example, quantity 4 of the half yard option equals a 2-yard cut of fabric.

100% cotton from a smoke-free and pet-free shop.

If a package is returned to Fresh Modern Fabric by mail, the store will contact the buyer to let them know. Once the customer has paid the appropriate shipping charges, the package will be reshipped to an updated address. If the customer does not want to pay shipping charges to reship the package, the order amount will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. The customer will get a refund for 75% of the merchandise total only.
