Vegetable tanned leather belt, Handmade in France.
≈ 3 mm thick vegetable tanned leather belt available in 30 and 35 mm width.
For these belts I use Italian aniline vegetable tanned bridle leather from a reputable tannery that source their hides from France.
The buckle is solid brass and is made in France by "Maison Poursin" which is one of the last remaining buckle manufacturer in France. They have been operating since 1830 and have produced for the army and equestrian hardware.
Sizing:
Please communicate your waste circumference in the personalization box or contact me directly.
You can also measure an old belt of yours from the tip of the buckle to the most used hole for an even better fit.
I punch 7 holes in the belts each spaced 2 cm apart ( ~3/4") with your waste size being near middle. This means you will have 6 cm ( 2.4 ") on either side of your current waste size. I you prefer to have 5 holes on your belt for aesthetic reasons, please let me know.
No Minimum size
Maximum size is 110 cm ( 43" ) from buckle to last hole but you can ask me anyway because some hides are larger.
Ideally send me a message with your measurement before ordering.

Full grain vegetable tanned leather is as natural and raw as it gets so certain imperfections may be visible and the color of the leather may vary slightly from hide to hide. Vegetable tanned bridle leather will develop a patina over time meaning it will darken slightly and develop a sheen.
