Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Made-to-order and custom items may require additional production time. Orders ship with tracking through the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns are accepted on eligible items within the timeframe specified by Etsy. Customized, personalized, made-to-order, digital, and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

laser-cut materials + natural variations

Many of our products are created using laser cutting and engraving processes. Slight burn marks, edge darkening, and temporary natural wood-smoke or material odors may be present, particularly on MDF, wood, leather, and certain acrylic materials. These are normal characteristics of laser fabrication and typically dissipate after airing out. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, slight variations in color, grain, finish, texture, and assembly may occur from piece to piece.

3d puzzles + replacement parts

Our architectural 3d puzzles are designed as puzzles rather than traditional snap-together models. Unless specifically noted in the listing, step-by-step instructions are not included. Most designs include limited assembly guidance or visual reference images. Lost or damaged a piece? Contact us through Etsy and we’ll do our best to help with replacement parts when possible.

custom work + laser services

We accept select custom laser cutting, engraving, and fabrication projects based on availability and scope. Studio laser time, demonstrations, and training may also be available by appointment. Please contact us through Etsy with project inquiries.

MDF (medium-density fiberboard) is an engineered wood material made from compressed wood fibers and resin binders. The MDF used in our studio is CARB certified and TSCA Title VI compliant. PLA is a plant-based thermoplastic commonly derived from renewable materials such as cornstarch. Because of the layer-based nature of 3d printing, printed surfaces may display visible layer lines and slight texture variations.

We apologize for the "smell." Unfortunately, we have no control over that! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. Depending on the material being lasered, this process can create some potent odors! 😮 Not to worry, the odor dissipates.

My castle puzzle looks sweet! It came with no instructions. It is a very well thought out design. It took me about 3 hours to put together and I realized I forgot 6 pieces and couldn't put them in because they were bottom pieces, but I will be taking it apart anyway. I plan to stain and epoxy the castle in the end and use it as an outdoor trail decoration after I use it as a worthy prop for a D&D campaign (all the balconies fit minis very well).
