All handmade dog bandanas are over the collar style. A collar or ribbon slides through the opening at the top for easy on and off. I am happy to sew in a ribbon (there is a $5.00 fee to cover costs of material and time) if you would like them to be a “tie on” style. Listing can bet found below!
