Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns. All Sales Final in the event there is an issue please contact us at info@thecraftykit.com. We carefully package and ship every package with care and love, but are not responsible for mishaps that may occur with USPS, fedex and ups handling errors. If by chance your glassware arrives damaged please make sure to submit images within 24 hours of order receipt so we can submit a claim with USPS on your behalf.

Please make sure to water your succulents at the roots only upon arrival to help destress the succulents from its transit period. It is common too loose leaves during transit but those leaves can be propagated.

project image is exclusively for inspiration. we will ship all the items listed in the image but it will be up to your creativity to execute the desired aesthetic. using the diy instructional card provided you will execute as close to the inspiration or even better.
