Can I replace a lost earring?

No. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, no two pairs are identical so we are unable to send an exact match to your earring.

How will my jewelry be shipped and when can I expect my items?

Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class and tracking. All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order date. Shipping transit times vary by location but typically range from 3-5 business days.

How is the jewelry packaged?

Each piece is placed on it’s own jewelry card and then placed in a Kinsal Creative gift box suitable for gift giving.

What is your repair policy?

We will repair any Kinsal Creative items that have been purchased on our website and damaged as a result of manufacturing defects. This does not include chain breaks, damage from natural wear and tear, or any other breaks due to unnecessary force or abuse. If you would like to purchase a replacement chain or have any other repair questions, please contact us.

How do I care for my jewelry?

The majority of our collection consists of sterling silver and 14k gold and rose gold filled. The surface of the sterling silver and gold/rose gold filled jewelry may darken over time due to natural wear. In this case, the jewelry can be wiped clean with a jewelry cloth, or placed in a jewelry cleaning solution. Leather, suede, cork, faux leather, felt, glitter, or anything other than metal should NOT be placed into these solutions. Silver is a very soft metal, and cannot endure bending or a lot of pressure. When cleaning these pieces with a jewelry cloth, be very gentle, paying close attention to the amount of pressure being applied to the jewelry.

What happens if I had a typo or the wrong address listed when I placed my order?

The shipping address is automatically transferred from the customers information used at checkout and printed onto a shipping label after the order is complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer pays for the new shipping label to reship the order to the correct address. If your order qualified for free shipping and was returned due to an incorrect address, buyer pays for the new shipping label. All sales of custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of shipping status.
