Cloth diapers are one size. They fit most babies approximately 8-35 pounds. Child size chairs have a weight limit of 125 pounds and the seat is approximately 12" from the ground. Basic Adult size Chairs have a weight limit of 225 pounds. The seat is approximately 18" from the ground. Oversize chairs have a weight limit of 300-400 pounds. Please check the individual listing for the specifics of the chair.

Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to take custom orders, just send us a message and we can customize an item just for you!

Gift wrapping and packaging

If gift wrapping is selected at check-out, all items within the order will be wrapped together. If you prefer all items in an order to be wrapped individually, please contact us and we will set up a custom order for you. Oversize items, such as personalized folding chairs, will be wrapped in a giant gift bag also known as a bike gift bag.

Returns and Cancellations

Although we do not accept returns or cancellations please contact us if there is a problem with your order. If a return exception is made, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt (verified via tracking) with any issues. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Any forced returns are not authorized. All returns must be clearly marked with a return authorization number. If a return is authorized, but the item was part of a 'free shipping' promotion, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund. Absolutely no returns on personalized items and items of a personal nature, such as cloth diapers.

What shipping carrier do you use? Can I provide my own shipping label?

In general, we ship with USPS. Oversize items, such as folding camp chairs, will either ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Chairs can not ship via USPS First Class Mail due to their size and weight. International orders are shipped in the US via USPS. Once they leave the country, please check with local postal services. Shipping upgrades can be added at checkout. Please check estimated delivery dates to make your specific selections. If you wish to provide a shipping label, please contact us first to verify package specifics.

All embroidered items are stitched on quality blanks.

Please leave the name, monogram, or initial you wish stitched in the notes to seller section upon checkout.
Monograms are traditionally stitched out as First LAST Middle name, so Amy Lynn Page would be APL.
Please ensure that you indicate which letter is which.

Also indicate what color thread you would like.
Virtually all colors are available.
Please be specific. For example, tell me turquoise, baby blue, royal blue, or navy blue instead of just "blue."
