If you wish to receive an hourly time slot from DPD on the day of delivery please leave your contact number in the notes section at checkout. Deliveries can vary from 2-6 weeks, generally our lead time is 3-4 weeks though. Please understand the furniture is made to order so we may exceed this estimate when times are busy. Your order may be packed into separate packages and on the rare occasion may be delivered on different days. Legs may arrive direct from our supplier - we try to arrange it so everything arrives on the same day - it just may be a different courier.

Your furniture, unless otherwise stated, will arrive flat packed. This simply makes for easier transport and handling. Some items will require a screwdriver to attach legs.

Although we use the best finishes available it’s still important to look after your furniture. Please wipe away spillages as quickly as possible and do not let liquids sit on the surface for a period of time. Avoid using chemical cleaners as these can break down the finish – wiping with a damp soapy cloth is best then wipe again with a clean dry cloth. Coasters are recommended where possible. All items receive 2/3 coats to provide a long lasting durable finish.

If you wish to return your item for a full refund you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order - you then have 14 days to return the item at your own expense. The item must be in an unused condition and ready for us to sell. If we receive the item back damaged then you will only receive a partial refund - the amount will be determined by the extent of the damage. You may need to claim compensation from the courier you use. Custom orders are none refundable.

On the rare occasion items can get damaged in transit by couriers despite us making the best efforts to avoid this. Please report any issues within 7 days so we can begin the ‘damage claim’ with DPD and arrange for a replacement or repair solution.

Space between the legs is 13cm less than the top - for example the 80cm console table will have a space of 67cm between the legs. Or, if your radiator is 67cm wide than the 80cm console would be the minimum width you would need. Please feel free to get in touch if this a little confusing - just provide the dimensions of your radiator and we can advise what would be the best size to go for.

'Fiddes' Hard Wax Oil - A blend of natural oils and waxes offering exceptional durability and resistance. This finish is designed for worktops and wood flooring.

INSTALLATION //
We recommend fixing this table to the wall with the included 'L' brackets and wall fixings. Please seek professional help if you are not confident in fitting yourself. Screwdriver NOT included.
