I recommend removing your jewelry when you shower, bathe or while vigorous activity. Chemicals, chlorine, sea salt, perfume, and lotions can damage gemstones. Opals, in particular, are more sensitive to chemicals, water, dirt and body oils - this may result in a change in color and flash. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth or jewelry cloth and gently rub the surface in a circular motion to clean. Make sure it is fully dry before returning to its box or airtight bag for storage. One important note: avoid silver polishing cloths for gold jewelry — they strip gold plating. Gold-filled, rose gold-filled, and vermeil pieces will naturally fade with wear. This is normal, not a defect.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR BRACELET SIZE

When ordering a bracelet you have the option to select length, which is measured in inches from end to end of the bracelet (including clasp/ring). STEP 1: Measure your wrist circumference with a flexible measuring tape, or by wrapping a string around your wrist or a strip of paper and then laying that flat against a ruler to determine your exact wrist measurement. Measure your wrist (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper. STEP 2: To find your bracelet size, increase the wrist measurement by the increment below, based on how you want the bracelet to fit. - for a snug fit add 1/4 inches, - for a comfortable fit add 0.5 inches, - for a loose fit add 3/4-1"

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Although rare, delays may happen especially in seasonal busy times, holidays and due to random customs checks. Unfortunately, this is completely out of my control.
