If you purchase this product, you should know how to use Silhouette and Cricut and other sublimation software.

Cricut has had many updates, so the templates may not take the correct dimensions. To solve this problem you need to manually put in the measurements. The measurements are included in the package.

Cricut has a maximum "print and cut" size of 6.78" X 9,28". To print a larger size, use the YouTube video.

My designs were coming out grainy but since making a poor review I have found out the printer was not working properly. I am very sorry for the original review as once the printer was changed the designs came out beautifully. Again very sorry for jumping the gun and not finding out for sure what the problem was. The seller replied to my review very fast and was willing to help me but the problem has been resolved
