Please inquire for a personal quote. Average prices range from $45-$60. Be advised, once the piece is resized no returns or cancellations are possible.

Washing and Polishing

VoxMarket specializes in vintage pieces. We love the character, we love the dents, we love the patina. We do not alter pieces, unless to address damage to bring pieces to usable condition. If the repair is made, the piece could be polished. Item description will specifically mention that the piece was washed and polished. All other pieces will come unpolished in original condition. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN AN ITEM, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF IT WAS POLISHED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

International Orders and Shipping

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are liable for any customs, fees, imports, bureaucracies and delays (outside of seller's control) in shipment progress. No returns or discounts will be honored due to these circumstances. Most items will be shipped with Etsy International shipping, which is a combination of USPS and local post. Please understand that is not the fastest service and often has delays. Shipping may be 1 to 2 months ordeal. If you would like faster service please upgrade your shipping. If you choose to not pay the customs fee or refuse delivery of the parcel. The parcel will be automatically shipped back. When VoxMarket receives the item, it will charge a 10% restocking fee, full original shipping, and any fees it may incur.

Yes. We understand buying things online can be a challenge - especially jewelry. If you do not like the piece, please make sure to reach out with your intent within 3 days of delivery and ship out within 7 days of delivery. No exemptions will be made for late returns. Please let VoxMarket know that you would like to return the item prior to shipping. You will be given an authorization code and an address for return. Do not just ship the item back, as a return would not be honored without the code.

Return the item in original condition along with original packaging. Return shipping and insurance is the liability of buyer. Once we receive the return, we will confirm it is in original condition and issue a full refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days after delivery.
