Do you accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations?

No, I do not. Please understand that many items are made-to-order. Hence, please check the size, color and design before placing your order. :)

My item was damaged or defective upon arrival. What should I do?

Please email me photos of the damaged or defective item once you receive it. I will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Custom and personalized orders

Made-to-order items may ship separately. If you ordered multiple made-to-order items then they could come in separate parcels since they could be disseminated from different warehouses and may have different production schedules.
