You will receive a digital PDF file with the cross-stitch pattern, not a physical product. The pattern includes a detailed color chart, a symbol guide, and instructions to help you personalize your project.

2. Can I customize the pattern with my baby's details?

Yes! My birth announcement patterns are designed to be customizable. You can easily add your baby’s name, birth date, weight, and other details to the finished design. If you need help with customization, feel free to reach out!

3. Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital files, I cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help.

4. What supplies do I need to complete the pattern?

You’ll need fabric (usually Aida), embroidery floss, a needle, and a hoop. Specific colors and materials are listed in the pattern instructions.

5. Can I sell finished pieces made from your patterns?

Yes, you may sell finished pieces in small quantities, such as for local craft fairs or personal sales. However, mass production or redistribution of the pattern itself is not allowed.

6. I’m new to cross-stitching. Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
