What would happen if the item return to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed or incomplete address?

If your item is returned by the shipper, we will contact you. If you get back to us within 7 days of us contacting you, we will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order. Alternatively, if you would like to go for a refund, we will issue you a partial refund excluding the postage cost.

International shipping information

International Standard Shipping is an economy shipping service that has no tracking function so once your order is shipped by us we will not be able to provide any means to locate your package. It takes around 5 -20 working days to reach you. If you chose this shipping service we cannot take any liability if your order is lost as this is not a tracked service. We do offer a Tracked & Signed shipping service on all of our products which you can select at the checkout. We take full responsibility for all packages sent via the tracked and signed shipping service. We recommend using the Tracked & Signed international shipping service and please take this into consideration before placing your order.

How can I return my item?

If you need to return an item please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded. Product cost will be refunded. Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
