Have to write the letter yourself and then they print it.

Kathryn Jan 2, 2026

Response from Jennifer Willings

Thank you for your review. We just ask for you to supply 1 paragraph of text to add to the existing letter as in the item description. You can supply the whole letter if you wish but its not compulsory.

Great item slightly annoyed that i had to write the entire letter myself as you would think this would be inckuded for the price paid.

Kathryn Jan 2, 2026

Response from Jennifer Willings

Hello please check the item description as we ask you to supply 1 paragraph of text, but you sent us the entire letter so we made a bespoke print for you. I'm glad you liked it.
