Can my Address be Changed After Purchase?

Please make sure that the correct shipping address is used for your order. If you do happen to put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP! We cannot change it once an item has been shipped and since we try to make your order and get it out to you as quickly as possible, there may not be a large time window. We are not responsible for shipments sent to wrong addresses as we use the address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges will be required if an item needs to be re-shipped to the correct address.

Why Does my Item Have Wood Knots and Imperfections?

Wood is a natural material. Each and every piece of wood is different with unique color and grain patterns and knots. There will be different patterns in the wood grain and some pieces of wood may be be lighter and some will be darker. This is the charm of wood! It makes each item unique so that no two items are ever the same.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. As we all know, Canada Post is VERY busy during the holiday season with letters and parcels, and because of the current pandemic the mail can be delayed even more. We do our part to ship out your item in a timely manner. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, we cannot be held responsible if your item is delivered late as that is out of our control and in the hands of the post office. Please order early to avoid any disappointment.

Shipping Within Canada

Ornaments: In order to provide a more cost effective way to ship in Canada, the Standard Shipping with this item goes Letter Mail with Canada Post. This means they are shipped with a stamp and it does NOT include tracking or insurance for lost parcels. Please be patient with your orders as we have NO way of tracking them should you choose the standard shipping option. Since there is no tracking or insurance, there will be no refunds on lost parcels. Insurance and tracking is available at checkout as an upgrade with Expedited Parcel.

Ornaments: The ornaments are sent to you through ChitChats via the USPS and include tracking. We use ChitChats to get packages to the border and they are transferred to the USPS from there. PLEASE NOTE that buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Please also be aware that while rare, delays due to customs can happen especially during the holiday season. These delays are completely out of our control and are not our responsibility.

What Happens if my Order Arrives Damaged?

We do our best to package your order well to keep it safe during shipping. Saying this, we understand that things can happen once they make it into the mail system. If your order comes damaged, please send us an Etsy message or email to bnteenovelties@gmail.com including a photo and details of broken/damaged products. We'll do our best to make things right with you.
