We explained to customer that all dimensions for ornaments are posted in the description of the listing and that we would have been happy to customize a size more to her liking in the future. She admitted she made a mistake on her review and that she still liked the ornaments. Unfortunately, despite explaining the impact her rating had on our store, she never changed her rating and we are forced to explain this review. :(
