Taking Your Own Measurements

To figure out your measurements without a measuring tape (we realize not everybody has one), just take a piece of string That does NOT stretch since that would throw off the numbers. Wrap it around your body at the smallest part of your waist. Hold this up against a ruler to find your "Waist Measurement." Repeat the same thing at the fullest part of your chest for your "Bust Measurement," and again around the fullest part of your hips and backside (don't forget the booty too! this is the most common error in taking your own measurements and can drastically change the size of a garment). This last number is your "Low Hip Measurement."

Custom and personalized orders

I love doing custom orders. Everything is handmade anyway, so why not customize it? We offer custom sizing on most items - just send us your measurements. See something you'd like more in a different color? Want a matching one for your dog? Chances are we can do that. Typically we ask for a minimum of 10 business days for custom orders. I want to be sure we allow enough time to ensure whatever we build together is of the best quality I can offer, though if I can occasionally accommodate a rush order. We recommend machine washing any clothing items (dresses, pants, etc.) and laying them flat or on a line to dry. Most will tolerate a machine dryer, but over the years exposure to high heat in the dryer will be tough on even the most durable fabrics. Anything beaded or with flowers should be spot-cleaned and hand-washed only and laid flat to dry. Don't forget to wash your cat's bandanas! (Imagine if you wore the same thing day and night for weeks on end...) They are washer and dryer safe. Jewelry (both vintage and hand-made) can be cleaned up and shined with alcohol

The quality is good. It's a lovely design. I just wish the font were larger and that it matched with the organic nature of the tree design a little more.
