I can not say enough wonderful things about the customer service and craftsmanship! After having ordered several “fails” from an unnamed mega online retailer, I decided to turn to etsy and found exactly what I was looking for here. Beautiful item. As shown online. Warm and well crafted. The owner posted it super quickly but the shipping took a while over the holidays. I recommend being better organised than I was. Not the sellers fault and the handwarmer is great. Very soft - my 85 year old dad loves it
