When will my order ship?

You will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. When you order ships widly depends on the item you are ordering. Each listing has an estimated ship window. Most are 3 to 5 business days. Custom items can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

How long does it take to make my guestbook?

Guest books have a 2 to 3 week production time. This does not include shipping times. Please add another 3 to 5 business days for shipping. We work hard during peak season to keep these times accurate, however it it always advised to order well in advance no matter what.

How can I print my invitations?

Since this is a holiday item, we expect to be extremely busy little elves this year. Please order as soon as you can. The post office historically is always behind during the holiday season and we really want to ensure you get your item in time.
Ornaments will take 5 to 6 business days to make BEFORE they ship. We strongly encourage you to choose Priority Mail at checkout since ALL mail is running later than usual this year. We cannot guarantee your package to arrive by a certain time. We will ship within our timeframe and that is all we can guarantee.
