Sizing depends on the level of detail required. However the most common sizes I use are 5 inch or 6 inch but this is always discussed during the order process.

This is a service that I offer free of charge.

Family portraits arrive in a colourful paper sleeve and enclosed in a hardback envelope to protect the piece.

Cross stitch kits arrive in a re-sealable pouch to keep all items together in one place.

Mini embroidery hoops are sent in a holographic sealable pouch.

If you are buying as a gift please send me a message and I can include a small note from you. Note's will be copied exactly so please check any spelling.

Each of my kits come with a step by step booklet that I have written with beginners in mind. So it doesn't matter if you have never picked up a needle before, you can complete one of these kits with everything you need. Have a peep at my reviews and let previous customers tell you.

My shipping times are always a guide to which I work within in order to provide the best service to you and I'am almost always working to keep ahead of these and get orders to you as quickly as possible so if you have an item that you need for a special occasion, I am always happy to try and help.

This is super easy. Once you place your order, simply click the "contact buyer/shop owner"button and you can attached up to 3 photos per message.

Yes absolutely. A baby in arms is free to add and if you would like to add a small child (1year - 8 years) crawling or standing, this can selected as a +1 pet from the option and clarified in the notes when ordering.

HOWEVER, I do request that this be discussed before placing an order as a custom link will be required to include any additional cost, depending on the level of detail you wish to add. I cannot add background details after the order has been placed as a time is allocated to each order so that I can manage my time effectively and adding in details down the process line would mean I would have to find these additional hours in my day, which will result in other orders being delayed. For this reason, please discuss any extra details with me prior to ordering :)

Absolutely. For 5inch and 6 inch hoops, 2 lines of text usually fits well. You can see examples of some text ideas on my photos. You can include what text you would like with the other details requested. If no text is given, then it will be left blank or a small heart added to fill the space.
