►Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error. ► Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation (if any). ►Processing time for returns and exchanges is 2 business days. ►All international orders are final sale. For orders shipped outside the US, we do not offer returns due to potential taxes being levied. ►Engraved rings are not eligible for return or exchange.

USA BUYERS: We offer FREE Domestic shipping by USPS first class mail. Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International buyers are responsible for shipping cost. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 weeks for most countries outside the US, although this may vary. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

HOW DO I GET IT: Message me through Etsy, and ask to receive a free ring sizer. We'll need your shipping address as well. Shipping is FREE! HOW DO I USE IT: The free ring sizer is like a zip tie. It has half and full sizes marked on it. Begin using your ring sizer by first adjusting it to your estimated size. Next, slide the ring sizer on and take it off. If it comes off easily, go down 1/2 size and try again. Do this until you’re able to carefully put the zip tie on without it slipping sizes and it doesn’t come off easily. Note, it's okay if the ring sizer slips sizes when removing - it simply shouldn't slip sizes when putting it on.

►Yes! We offer high quality laser engravings! ►Add the engraving listing to your order (URL below). The engraving fee applies to individual rings or couples ring sets. Only one engraving fee per order. The rings are so lovely and everyone who we show them love the way the rings match with each other! They are elegant, subtle, sturdy, and clearly made with care. We needed these rings to come in a short period of time due to last minute plans on our end, and they got here SO fast.
