• Can I return or exchange the purchased product?

Of course, an unused product can be returned or exchanged for another one within 14 days of receiving the package.

• How can I return the purchased item?

Send us the contract withdrawal form (available below) to info@sowe.pl, with information on whether you want to exchange or return the item, send the item together with the signed form to the following address: SOWE, Baranowice 22, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie, we do not collect parcels cash on delivery. Don't forget to attach your receipt.

• What products cannot be returned?

Used items and products that were made to individual order, i.e. on which initials have been printed/sewn or other modifications made at the customer's request (e.g. curtains made in a non-standard size), this is in accordance with Article 10(1) 3 point 3 of the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2008, No. 10, item 8, as amended)

• When will I receive money for the returned goods?

The money will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from our receipt of the return, by transfer to the account number you provided.

• In the event of an exchange, when will I receive the new goods?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will ship another item immediately.

• Who bears the costs of returns and exchanges of items?

Shipping costs for exchanged and returned items are borne by the buyer.
