Where do I leave my personalisation details?

There are three possible ways: 1) Enter the details you would like to be engraved in the box above the 'Add to basket' button. 2) Add the item to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout screen. Please enter the details in the "notes to Jorvik Wood" text box. 3) Alternatively simply send me a message after you've placed the order.

As standard all orders are sent as follows: * UK - Royal Mail 1st Class (typically 1-2 working days delivery) * International Europe - Royal Mail standard airmail service (typically 4-7 working days) * International Rest of World (US, Canada etc) - Royal Mail standard airmail service (typically 7-10 working days) The shipping times provided are estimates based on information provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that, for international deliveries, packages may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issues, which are out of my control.

Gift Wrapping / Packaging

All my items (excluding photo frames) are packaged in a gift box and are ready for gifting. If you are ordering as a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient, I can include a personalised message along with the item. Simply leave the details on the checkout screen. Please keep in mind that any international orders outside of the EU will require a customs declaration form to be attached to the outside of the parcel declaring the contents. If you are concerned about the recipient knowing the contents, please ensure someone can remove the label upon arrival.

Please click the "Request Custom Order" button and let me know what you would like. I will get back to you ASAP. I am able to modify current designs or create new ones with your own logos, designs or text.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). JorvikWood is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay. Please recycle when you can. Thank you.
