This arrived safe and sound and looks perfect apart from a small area on the winder where the stain is missing. Not a problem in terms of using it. I managed to assemble it ok from the picture. It works beautifully. Very happy with it. I did have a few initial hiccups and instructions would have been nice. But I have managed to sort it out and produced my first ball of yarn. Fantastic!

The item is good but if you’re getting the bi-color one. You have to keep in mind that the thing where you put the yarn on to make a ball is not smooth. The separation of the colors isn’t smooth.
