✅ We offer a free online account with each card, but you're welcome to use alternative tools, software, or a simple URL. Our cards are unlocked, allowing you to easily modify the programming if needed.

✅ Add a personal image, banner, contact information, and social media links to your profile. Share them easily by tapping your card.

▫ Shipping: 1-2 working days for UK delivery, 5 for Europe, 7 worldwide.
▫ Packaging: We prioritize eco-friendly delivery with minimal packaging. For gifts, some items have a gift packaging option at checkout.
▫ Taxes (if applicable): Etsy collects taxes for orders under €150. For orders over €150, customs in your country will collect taxes.

❖ Policies

▫ What is NOT included: This offer is print service, and does not include design services. We'll print your design as provided with minimal adjustments for optimal printing, but we won't add or remove elements like QR codes.

▫ Return & Cancellation Policy: Our items are personalized and made-to-order. If something isn't right, we'll arrange a replacement card to ensure your satisfaction. You can cancel your order anytime before submitting the design.

▫ Design Submission: Once you submit your design using the provided form, it's considered final and will be sent directly to our design team for processing. Unfortunately, changing or resubmitting a new design isn't possible at that stage.

▫ Data Protection: We adhere to GDPR guidelines and prioritize data protection. Your designs and contact details won't be shared with third parties and will only be accessed by essential staff involved in the design and printing process.
