Custom and personalized orders

I enjoy custom orders and will be up front with the availability to do them. Just send a message!

I complete orders in the manner that they are received. Many of the items in my shop are "Made to Order", and you can check the current processing times under each listing by checking out the information listed on the right hand side of each item. I may extend my processing time if order volumes become high, but will honor the dates as listed at the time you place your order. Please note that the "Processing Time" is only the time for me to make your item. The amount of time it takes to travel in the mail is a seperate timeframe. If you have any questions, please ask prior to placing the order.

I accept returns or exchanges, within the limits listed above (14 days). Custom orders or items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for the item to be mailed back to me.

All of my packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number is emailed to you upon the package being prepped for the mail. Please make sure that the address you have listed is accurate and up to date prior to checking out. It is not my responsibility if a package is returned or delivered to the wrong address. I also am not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered late due to a mishap with the Postal Service. I'm happy to work with you to resolve an issue and will take responsibility if the problem was from my end.
