I received my coat and it’s beautiful! When I received it, it was too big. But that’s on me for not measuring correctly. It’s well worth the $$ for a custom coat. I decided instead of sending it back for alterations, to have it altered near me. My tailor was very impressed with the quality of the coat. My best advice would be to measure 3 times and watch the video they recommend. Reach out to the shop owner with all your questions about measuring before you purchase. With all that being said, customer service was great and I will absolutely order from her again!
