What if I don't get my package though it shows Shipped/Mailed?

If you choose the Free Shipping option for Stickers, the sticker is being mailed in an envelope via USPS 1st Class mail. There will be no tracking number with this option. On average, your items should arrive within 7 business days. if it has not, you can open a Missing Mail search with USPS at https://missingmail.usps.com . You are also welcome to contact us. *Please contact us about anything not delivered within 9 days of the ship date. If you contact us after that point, our options are more limited to assist. For packages, be aware that on occasion, USPS will mark something delivered prior to its physical delivery. If you have this happen, wait 24-48 hours to see if it gets delivered. If not, please contact us.

Can You Guarantee My Package will Arrive Before Christmas?

In short, No. What we can guarantee is that orders placed on or before December 10th will be delivered to USPS before their 2020 cut off for First Class Packages, which is December 18th. What happens with the package from a delivery time standpoint is beyond our control. We cannot cancel or issue refunds on products shipped before this date. We have fulfilled our guarantee to have the package to the shipper before their deadline. Thanks for understanding and planning ahead.
