Wide bands fit smaller so please order a half to full size larger when purchasing wide bands.

International rings sizes can be converted to US ring sizes if needed. Conversion charts can be found on the internet or contact me and I can convert it for you.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

All orders are custom made so please allow 2-3 days for items to be handmade and shipped.

All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

USA and Canada orders will NOT have added duties/taxes after checkout. Orders under $800 USD have no added fees after the order ships. What you pay at checkout is final and there is no additional fees.

Purchases made OUTSIDE of Canada and USA may be subject to duty and import taxes such as VAT. Small orders will have the VAT fee added during checkout, in this case you will not be charged VAT upon delivery. It is either collected at checkout by Etsy or upon delivery.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on custom orders or sale items.
