A: We ask that you leave your engraving information in the “notes to seller” section of checkout. If ordering for multiple dogs, be sure to indicate which color/style/size is for each dog! You can also specify the font you’d like. If you have forgotten to include this information during checkout, you can also send us a message through Etsy and we'll update your order!

A: Our production time is 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and postal holidays). We will provide a USPS tracking number when your order ships. You can always view the status of your order by navigating to You> Purchases & Reviews from the top toolbar.

A: Everything we make is handmade from raw materials, and custom made-to-order for your dog. Because of the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, there is a wait time to receive your item! Everything we produce is made in the USA with great care, so it’s definitely worth the wait!

A: We do not offer refunds, fabric alteration, buckle replacement, returns, or exchanges. We offer replacement items at 50% off, plus free US shipping, if you have ordered in the incorrect size/style. etc.

A: The best way to determine collar size will be to measure your dog’s neck. You can use a measuring tape or string, and see which size category your dog falls into. For example, if your dog’s neck measures 13”, it would fall into the 12-14” length category. You can also measure your dogs current collar - our collar measurements include all of the leather, and one half (male or female end) of the buckle for side release. For the belt buckle style start the measurement at the fold of the leather on the buckle end and measure to the hole that best fits your dog. Please see sizing guides in listings for instructions. All of our collars are adjustable in length.

A: We generally recommend the 5/8” width for extra small to small dogs. If your dog has a very small build or tiny neck, we would suggest the 5/8” width. The 3/4" width is for small to medium sized dogs, the 1" is for medium to large and the 1.5" width is for large to extra large dogs. Of course this is just a rule of thumb, always choose what is best for you and your pup, and your circumstance.

We ship Internationally via USPS. International customers are responsible for any customs fees owed upon delivery; these fees are paid to the government of the addressee's country and we do not have any way to estimate or collect these fees beforehand. Please contact your local postal authority should you have any questions about Customs processing.
