REPEAT MY ORDER: How do I purchase the same as before?

If you are happy with the received order and you’d like to order the same, you can directly place an order for the same item and if there are no changes with the design, please write “Same as before”. Make sure to choose your preferred size and material. If there are any changes, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

PREVIEW of MY ORDER: Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes, our team will be happy to provide you with a preview before printing. Please make sure to request this service while placing the order, in the customizations field or in the notes section. You can also message us and if the order hasn’t been started yet, we are happy to provide you with it. *Having a preview is a requested service or one that is provided after an assessment is made by our team.

INVITATIONS: Where to send my picture? Can I add QR code?

Once your order is placed, please send your picture to the below link: https://www.xoxokristen.com/pages/file-upload Please use your order number as a reference and also keep in mind that the invitation will be prepared in the orientation of the provided photo so if you have a specific request regarding the orientation (Horizontal/Vertical), please make sure to mention this in the personalization field of the order. If you’d like to have a QR code printed, please make sure to send us a high-quality digital image of it in order to reach the best printing and scannable results. It can be uploaded by the same link. Alternatively, you can send your image via Etsy messages.

BACKSIDE Printing: Can I print on the back of a product?

Yes, most of our products have the option for backside printing (except stickers and labels). This is an upgrade service that you can order along with your product in the same quantity as the one you’d like printed on the back. For invitations and cards, you can use the following link as the options are for printing in foil, in color and in black ink. All prices are listed in the drop-down menu: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1121692464/backside-card-printing-fees-fully? For tags, you can use the following link as the options again are foil print, color print and black ink: https://www.etsy.com/listing/626241886/backside-tag-printing-fees-fully?

ENVELOPE Printing: Can you print my envelopes?

Yes, you can have your envelope printed with return and guest addresses or with personalized customization. Please know that this is an upgrade service that should be added to your cart along with the invitations and in the same quantity as the customizations you’d like to have. Please follow the below link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1144496727/white-ink-return-address-printing-guests? Once the order is placed, please provide us with an excel sheet that includes your guest names and addresses and your return names and addresses. *please write the whole address on one full line. The sheet can be uploaded via the below link: https://www.xoxokristen.com/pages/file-upload

SAMPLES: Difference between NON-Custom and Custom Samples

For most of our products we have two types of samples - NON-CUSTOM and Custom Samples Non-Custom Sample - comes non-personalized in terms of text, but we will match the size and the foil. *If your order is for a Non-custom sample invitation you can also choose the color of the envelope. It will give you the ability to check the materials, the craftsmanship and the overall quality. Custom Sample - comes completely customizable, including text information, foil color, envelope and your own photo. Both options are available for both offered sizes - A6 SIZE (4 x 6 in) and A7 SIZE (5 x 7 in) and can be selected from the first drop-down menu that reads "Size”. If you are facing issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.

LABELS: What type of file is accepted?

For foil printing, the artwork must comply with the below requirements to ensure best printing results: ♥ 100% BLACK. A single Black color file, containing only the elements you wish to have in foil. No gradient, shading, or other colors are accepted. ♥ VECTOR-BASED FILE. Vector-based PDF, SVG, EPS, Ai, High-quality PNG & JPG (Only created at a minimum of 300 dpi), TIFF. ♥ STROKE, OUTLINE & THIN ELEMENTS: Ensure at least 1pt as the minimum thickness achievable when foiling, otherwise parts of the artwork may not foil and will leave black spots on the finished product. Alternatively, if you at the moment cannot supply such a file, we recommend having your file printed in color just as is.

INSIDE Printing: Can I print inside the product?

It is an available option for cards that are folded and printed on the front. If you have an additional personalized message that you’d like to be printed inside the card, the following link will help you. Please make sure to add it along with your card and choose between black ink or color ink. Prices can be seen in the drop-down menu: https://www.etsy.com/listing/630842098/cards-inside-printing-fully-customize?

SHIPPING: I need my order sooner

If you’d like to receive the order sooner than the standard ETA, you can choose Express shipping method, operated by DHL Express and usually takes 2-4 business days within the USA and 1-2 days within Europe. If your order has been already placed with standard shipping and you’d like to receive it sooner, you can either follow the below upgrade service or to contact our team for assistance with it. https://www.etsy.com/listing/384510872/expedited-shipping-fees-upgrade-over? While express shipping doesn’t affect the processing time, we will be putting your order on top of our printing and assembling queues and dispatch with the highest priority wherever possible.

SHIPPING: Does my order include a tracking number?

The majority of our orders ship with full tracking information, however, some small single items may ship without tracking unless a tracking upgrade is selected at checkout. This is to reduce the shipping cost as tracking upgrade sometimes is higher than the item’s price itself. The lack of a tracking number does not affect the processing or delivery time.

The stickers are beautiful and the team has been amazing to support my request of adjustments. Though, I find out that a little unwanted scratch can take the writing off so easily.

Shipping was a bit slow but not terrible. The print was very small though on our stickers so some people had trouble reading the wedding website link. Is what it is since I forgot to add the wedding website to our save the date card originally so this was the Bandaid fix for that.
