Do you personalise the greeting cards?

All our cards are printed before they are listed to ensure a speedy dispatch. Therefore we are unable to personalise these cards. The exception is for the personalised Passing Out Forces cards.

Do you offer postage upgrades?

Yes. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special delivery upgrades, which are available at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

No. We currently just ship to England, Wales and Scotland. We DO NOT ship or accept orders from Northern Ireland since 13th December 2024 due to the new regulations. Any orders from NI will be cancelled and refunded.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We are happy to accept returns. The item needs to be in its original wrapping and resellable. Buyer pays return postage costs. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt and advise me that the item is being returned.

How are your memorial cards different to the traditional laminated ones?

Our memorial cards are printed on a synthetic paper product which is completely waterproof, tear proof and does not fade in the sun. It is far superior to laminate which breaks down quickly and is non-recyclable. It is 100% recyclable in category 2 HDPE Run them under a tap and rub them with a towel, test the quality for yourself.

What sizes are the notebooks and do you personalise them?

There are available in A4, A5 and A6. Choose white lined paper or white plain paper. We do have selected listings which we offer to personalise. We do not personalise every design of notebook. Please refer to our shop to see the listings this service is available for.

How many passwords do the password books hold?

We have 2 sizes:- Small A6 password book holds 168 passwords Large A5 password books hold 700 passwords

Do you personalise the Memorial cards?

We do have special listings which enable you to personalise the whole card. Please refer to these listings in our shop. We do not personalise Memorial Cards which are not included on these listings. If you are in any doubt, please feel free to ask for advice.

Personalised Notebook covers & Personalised Memorial Cards

It is your responsibility to provide the correct text, please check for spellings or other errors before submitting to us. We will not be help responsible for mistakes once the items are printed. All text will be copied and pasted from you initial instructions. These are non refundable items.

When will my card arrive by?

We dispatch all cards within 1–2 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class postage. If you require a card by a specific date, please consider upgrading the postage at checkout for a faster delivery service. Delivery times can be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, so we kindly ask that you allow extra time for your order to arrive. Please note that the delivery dates provided by Etsy are estimated and can differ due to Royal Mail delays. These dates offer guidance but are not guaranteed. Refunds for delayed items will only be considered 10 days after the expected delivery date, in line with current postal delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
