This is the the worst customer service I have ever received. This was a gift and was supposed to be delivered on September 3 when I checked on September 5 it had not been shipped so I messaged them they said they would get it out first thing after the holiday. I hadn’t heard from my friend so I checked again September 15 still had not shipped contacted them and they did not respond. Etsy issued me a refund but I would never order from this company

Customer never stated it was a gift. I refunded the customer and still sent the stationery. My star ratings speak for themselves.
