These are the sizes I use for their age. If the recipent is not average size then you'll want to measure their wrist for the best fit. Take a tape measure (Or a string and a ruler) and wrap it around their wrist. That number is their WRIST size. Add 1" to that and that'll be their BRACELET size. (example: My wrist measures at 6.5" if I add 1" my bracelet size is 7.5", this size fits perfectly for me, if I do a 7"(average women's size) it's too tight and uncomfortable.
