Gift wrapping and packaging

I currently do not offer a gift wrapping service but I will happily include a small gift note (up to 200 characters). If you wish to send a gift note, please include this within the notes to buyer box when placing your order. Your note will be written by hand, on plain paper and popped in with your purchase.

Crystals are delicate, I therefore highly recommend you do not spray or clean them with any cleaning products but instead gentle wipe them with a soft cloth. When carrying them on your person I also recommend keeping them in a small bag be it organza, silk or satin. You can carry them loose but be aware that they might become scratched or chipped. With jewellery pieces please remove them before bathing and showering to keep them protected and avoid spraying them with any perfumed products.

We use Royal Mail as our main service provider. Our standard shipping service for UK customers is Royal Mail 48hr, but we also provide upgrades to 24hr if required. Our standard USA service is also provided by Royal Mail and can take 5-22 business days.

We will happily accept returns, in the timeframes stated above. We highly recommend your item is returned via a tracked service or with proof of postage. Please ensure your item is packaged securely.
