DESIGN YOUR OWN GUIDE

All our Paracord Products are "design your own", which means you can combine any main paracord rope with the hardware of your choice, and choose your whipping colours (wrapping around the paracord rope) to finish the look. 1) Select the size / length from the drop down field 2) Select the hardware type and colour from the drop down field 3) Choose the Main Paracord Rope from the image gallery (this is thicker rope that builds the main part of your collar or leash). 4) Choose the Whipping Colour from the image gallery. You can also upgrade to combine 2-3 different colours depending on the size of your item. If you would like some help and would like to see larger images or certain colour combinations, please drop us a message.

Our product sizing is based on the actual neck circumference of your pet. We therefore recommend to measure your pets neck prior to choosing the size of our collars. If your dogs neck measures exactly 10", we would recommend to order our small size range that is 10-14". Our 2-coloured Biothane/Webbing Collars and our Biothane Rope Collars, are best worn in the two tightest punch holes, for a centered fit. If your dogs neck measures 14", it would be better to order a "Medium" (14-18") size rather than a S/M (12-16"). If you have any questions on sizing, please get in touch with us.

PRODUCT BRANDING/LABELLING

Like most companies, we apply our brand logo to all our products. We work incredibly hard to design and make all our products, and we are therefore incredibly proud of our brand and product designs. Our product label will be applied for brand recognition, and for copyright purposes, we want to prevent that our products are bought and sold under a different brand name without our permission. For these reasons we are unfortunately not able to assist with requests about the removal of our product branding.

WHAT IS BIOTHANE?
BioThane® is the brand name of the highest quality polyester webbing with a PVC coating that is currently available on the market. It's durable, waterproof, easy to clean and remains always odour-free. We only use the original BioThane® brand material for this product, because it is of higher quality, softer and more durable than other cheaper competing waterproof materials on the market. Please note that the actual colours may vary from the images in the colour chart, if you would like to see some addition images please just drop us a message.

LEAD WIDTHS
20mm (standard) for all dog breeds,
25mm (wide/heavy duty) best for heavy duty for larger breeds

HARDWARE:
Our Leads come with Trigger Clasps as standard, if you would like a Scissor Clasp for your lead instead, please let us know in your order comments.
Our standard hardware is colour coated zinc, which although durable is not fully rust or chip resistant.
If your dog often plays in sea water, or for more heavy duty, please ensure you choose Stainless Steel or Gold Brass for your hardware, to avoid corrosion and for a rust and chip proof product.
Trigger Clasps: 76-80mm, Break Load 200kg, Clasp Weight: 30-40g (solid metals 50g)
Scissor Clasps: 65mm long, Break Load around 120kg, Clasp Weight: 30g (solid metals 40g) - not available for 25mm width, not recommend for dogs that pull.
Please note, (particularly for toy breeds) that Stainless Steel and Gold Brass, are solid metals, and therefore the clasps will be chunkier and heavier.

GOOD TO KNOW:
We handcraft every product to order, within 2-4 business days. If something isn't right, you can exchange your dog’s collar up to 7 days after delivery. To qualify for an exchange the product must be in a new and unused condition. Return & Exchange postage has to be covered by the buyer. Please note custom orders and sizes, cannot be exchanged.

We test every product and hardware and we do not sell anything we are not happy with; however we recommend to always check your dog’s walking accessories before use, and to keep your dog safe we recommend to replace products that have signs of wear and tear.

Our materials are like most things not resistant to being chewed by dog’s teeth. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your dog.
