You'll receive a note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.
We ship our products from Ukraine worldwide via national airmail. Sending will have its tracking number. This way you can track its current location.

We ship to the Etsy Address. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
If you would like items sent to an alternate or gift address, please add that address to your Etsy account before purchasing and requesting the alternate address at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving feedback and we will solve it.

Returns and exchanges:
The time frame is 2 weeks after you have received the package. All items must be returned in their original condition. Your package must have a tracking number. We do not refund the payment for delivery, only the cost of the product.

Lost Packages:
The package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 45 days from the posting date and tracking info approves that.
We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.
While the claim is being processed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of the order - you choose the best option for you.

All products arrive to you in cozy brown kraft gift boxes, ready for gift-giving. IT'S FREE! You don't need to pick this option additionally.

Our products are not waterproof, so we highly recommend avoiding direct contact with water (like swimming or bathing).
You can brush it, and only dry clean it.

Please note that real colors may slightly differ from one monitor to another, as it depends on specific monitor settings.

Please, NOTE: I usually send many beautiful pictures of a finished item before it will be shipped. All custom and personalized orders will be shipped only after receiving your confirmation of a finished item from those photos.
