Shipping Policy: How long is shipping? Any upgrade options?

All shipping is with USPS First-Class which does not include insurance but you can upgrade your shipping to Priority which does include tracking and insurance. Package typically takes 1 week to arrive due to the pandemic’s impact on postal service; in rare cases it can take 3 weeks. Note that shipping starts after the order is processed (when hats are made) and marked as shipped.

How long does it take for my caps to be made?

The time I take to make the caps is typically between 5 - 7 business days.

Can my order be cancelled?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours AND/OR before the package is shipped.

Will your cap fit all my hair and my size head?

*These adjustable/reusable scrub caps are versatile because you can wear them unfolded for longer hair or fold the brim back for shorter hair allowing for a comfortable all-day fit that you can control. * Ties and sewn in elastic allows for customizable fit for multiple hair styles and lengths. * Height of 6 inches * Adjustable brim 22-25 inches. * Double-layered body with reinforced seams for added durability. * This size will fit most. This is a roomy cap that will easily accommodate a high pony or a bun and I have several male customers. * Thus far, no customers have reported that the cap has been too small. It is a roomy cap.

What happens if my package is stolen or lost?

* Once your package is shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. * Please contact your local post office and monitor the progress of your package at www.USPS.com. A tracking number is generated and sent to you via the email you provide with every shipping label created.

What do you make your scrub caps out of?

* I make all my scrub caps out of pre-washed modern premium quilting cottons or organic cottons. * My caps are prewashed and colorfast so they they will maintain their quality and shape. They are finished with professional finishing techniques.

Will my cap look exactly like the one in the listing?

* The picture shown in each “FINISHED” hat listing reflects the design and style of that hat, however pattern placement may differ slightly from your finished product. * I sew multiples of most hats and every effort is made to match the stock photo in each listing. * As this is a handmade item, print placement will vary on each cap. * I do try my best to show off the print.

Why do you only offer one style of cap?

I developed this cap after trying many different sizes and styles of scrub caps. I focused on the features I would want in a cap, strong ties, double layering, elastic, secured seams and adjustability, and designed the pattern that makes my standard cap. This is a roomy cap and it will fit most. Please reach out to me before purchase to discuss any modifications you may have in mind.
