Sizes are governed by the ages of the children and as we all know children are very different from each other even if they are the same age so I always recommend that you check your measurements to avoid making a mistake when choosing the right size.

In the description of each ad you have a table of measures of all sizes, if you need a different size please contact us and we will make it for you.

Because we understand ordering online can be difficult, we offer exchanges for size, color or style . I must be contacted within 7 days of delivery and the exchange must be received back with 14 days of delivery, because dye lots can change. This is firm. We do not offer returns/refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us, we will find the best way to solve all problems.

Return shipping and exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items.

We will refund the full amount if there are problems with the quality of our products.

Lost packages
Your package will be considered lost if it is not delivered within 40 days after we have shipped it. Please inform us and we will initiate an investigation procedure.
Depending on your decision, we will either prepare new items or refund you the cost of the order.

All returns for incorrect address or unclaimed (uncollected) packages will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
We will reship such packages upon payment of the reshipping charges.

All items shipped free of charge to you via Spain post and come with tracking number for your convenience from 40€ of purchase, lower orders do not carry tracking number you have to talk to us in case you need it.

Processing timeframes, may vary by the season, but are accurately updated on the front of each listing and updated regularly. These estimated ship dates can also be located on your invoice, in the top left hand corner. If you need something, by a specific date, you must reach out to me prior to purchase, to see if a this can be arranged.

**Please give yourself extra time in between ordering and your need date, please do not order short notice with days to spare, as we do not offer returns for packages that arrive after the event date. Please note the carrier gives "estimated" dates of arrival, they are aroundabout timeframes.
