If you buy finished item , I ship orders during 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. If you buy "made to order" item , I ship orders during 10-14 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns and exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. because individual orders are confirmed by the buyer and is unique and not repeatable. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you want to cancel order I will back you money without 15% I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately it is not feasible for me to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a flaw in the workmanship. Please note the measurements in each listing of the piece as the photos are enlarged to show detail. before making an order make sure you'e read the complete description of the item: dimensions, color, material, etc. Please, note that colors may vary due to monitor color settings etc. I am not in control of how quickly the mail carrier moves - so please, make sure you make an order in advance for it to arrive in the dates needed.
