Many of our jewels are in stock and are ready to ship in 1-3 business days. However, if a design is sold out, it requires a processing (preparation) time of 1-6 weeks depending on the item.

WHAT TO DO IF A PLATING WORE OFF OVER 925 SOLID SILVER:
Unfortunately, any plating will wear off at some point. Don't believe marketing when some claim it stays forever; people haven't invented plating that doesn't wear off. You shouldn't worry about this though, since silver underneath is solid and will never loose value or form.
You have two options here:
1. Go to a local jewelry repair and ask them to polish it for you so that all the silver is shiny and bright or make 'black oxidized silver' effect.
2. Another option is to ask them to recreate the plating over silver as we did originally. This will require all the gemstones to be taken out and put back again for the safety since many gems are losing their look in the process.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF NATURAL GEMSTONES AND PLATED SILVER
1. Never wear them to bed with you
2. Don't wash your hands with the jewels on since natural gemstones and plating can loose their shine when in constant contact with chemicals in modern soaps.
3. Avoid lotions and creams being in direct contact with jewels. Allow them to fully absorb before putting the jewels on.
4. To clean them please just use very mild soap and lukewarm water with a very soft cloth. Don't rub too hard.
5. Treat them as you treat any expensive clothing for going out and they will love you for many years in return :)

Everything was wrong from the beginning •They delayed my order •Poor communication from the seller •Poor quality of the product (my jewelry was scratched). I kindly contacted them to let them know that I needed to return my product for everything that happened. They told me that I had to change it for another article. I won't wait for this again. 👎

This review is a result of our no cancellation POLICY, not the item itself. The customer contacted me with aggression to cancel the order when it was already in process for almost 2 weeks. It's a custom handmade product, made specifically for her, we state CLEARLY in all info that we don't accept cancellations or refunds for these items. I explained it to her and she agreed to receive the ring. The moment she received it she requested a refund for 'a scratch' that was not really there. We always check our quality, the stone was very beautiful just like the pictures. The delay was due to the UPS being late for 3 DAYS. The promised delivery was January 20th, she received it on Monday January 23rd. We always replied her in a timely and polite manner. The 'kind' requests of this customer sounded angry for some reason.
