Can I have my message printed on the inside of my card

Yes, if you would like to have your own personal message printed on the inside of your card please choose the option "add my message". You can then type your message in the personalisation box or message me directly.

If your card has personalisation Name, Age etc. on the front please type the details in the personalisation box. Your details will be copied and pasted, please double check your details are correct before putting your order through.

There's something wrong with my order - what now?

While I always do my best to ensure your order is perfect, I am only human and sometimes mistakes can happen. I’ll gladly put things right so please get in touch with me via Etsy message with the following information: 1. Your order number 2. A description of the issue 3. An image of the product received, clearly showing the issue

When will my order be dispatched.

All Orders are processed and shipped within 1/2 working days, if for any reason this is not possible I will contact you. Orders placed on Friday Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the 1st/2nd working day Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post as standard. 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail, estimated delivery time within 2/5 working days. If you need it sooner you can upgrade to either Royal Mail 1st class delivery estimated delivery within 1-3 working days or Royal Mail tracked and signed for guaranteed next day delivery (not including Saturday) Please note Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery does not have a tracking facility and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

How are international orders sent?

All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked Small Parcel services. Items sold through this shop, including greeting cards and craft supplies, are classed as goods and require customs information. For this reason, international orders cannot be sent as standard letters, even when lightweight. Tracked small parcel delivery helps ensure orders are sent correctly and reduces the risk of delays or returns. Delivery times are estimates only.

My order has not arrived

Rest assured your order will be fulfilled within the stated process time, however once it is shipped, I have no control over the delivery process. Sometimes deliveries can be slow and the estimated delivery time may not be met. No refund/replacement will be issued due to any postal delays or late delivery until Royal Mail confirm the item is lost. If this is the case please follow the guidance below UK Deliveries please allow: 2nd class 13 working days after dispatch date 1st class 12 working days after dispatch date International Deliveries - Please allow: Europe - 25 days from dispatch date. USA and Canada - 32 working days from dispatch date. Rest of the world 48 working days from dispatch.

Will my ribbon be in one continous length

Wherever possible your ribbon will be one continous length, however this is not always possible. If it is important to have your ribbon as one continous length please message me directly to confirm that this is possible.

Can I pay extra to speed up international delivery

Unfortunately not. Royal Mail International Tracked and Tracked and Signed has the same estimated delivery time as Royal Mail Standard. The benefit of tracked and tracked and signed is that you can track your delivery from point of dispatch to the point of delivery.
