How do you package your items?

Packaging: Our cards, envelopes, and boxes are recycled and recyclable. We are proud to be plastic free and we use Eco Friendly and Biodegradable Packaging for all products (aside from A4 prints which will be moving to plastic free packaging very soon!) Gift Wrapping: If your card is being sent directly to the recipient with a message, please select this option at checkout so that we can add your message and seal the envelope. Don't forget to include the recipient's address rather than your own. Envelopes heading direct to recipient will be sealed with a lovely sticker!

Do you sell Wholesale?

What size are your cards and prints?

Our shipped cards are available as size A6, with a choice of envelope. Please check individual listings for full details. Our downloadable cards are 5x7 inches, and are printable on an A4 sheet. They can be cut and folded using the template provided. We also include a downloadable envelope which you can make yourself! Our shipped prints are currently available in A5 or A4.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Should there be any problem with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch! We will always respond, and will always work with you to find a solution. You can reach out via Etsy Message or email. Details on how to make contact can be found in your order receipt/confirmation email. If you love your order, we also love to hear from you too! Am I allowed to purchase a digital download and print it to sell?

No. Our Digital Downloads are strictly for personal use only. As stated in the listing descriptions, We do not give permission for customers to resell digital files in whole or in part, original or modified. Customers are NOT permitted to print copies and distribute for sale. Files themselves are not for commercial use, nor should they be 'passed on' or given away. This applies to all our Digital Downloads, and in purchasing one, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Thank you for respecting the terms of Copyright.

Can I upgrade my postage? I am in a rush!

Of course. We send all items via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. These are delivered every other weekday, and no longer on weekends. However, if you need a faster delivery, and for peace of mind, you can upgrade to 1st class or tracked delivery before you complete your payment.

♥︎Printed onto Recycled A6 Natural White Linen (lightly textured) Card 300gsm.
♥︎Choice of envelope style. Choose between plain white envelope, or plain kraft envelope.
♥︎Blank on the inside of the card, allowing space for you to write your own message.
♥︎Option to send direct to recipient with your message inside if required. Please follow instructions on the listing photos, and don't forget to double check your message for typos before you place your order.

**DELIVERY**

Please note that despite my quick turnaround times, there can sometimes be delays within the Royal Mail Postal System. Such delays, although rare, are outside of my control.
