This Etsy Title & Tag Tool comes with tools and information to help you write a good title, tag, and meta descriptions. You will see what the meta title and permalink will be! It also counts every phrase needed to create a new Etsy listing and warns you if any of them are too long or have unacceptable characters. It then reassembles the Tags or Materials into comma-separated lists that will easily paste into Etsy! All this stuff is what will get people that are just googling for things to see your product. It is my go-to tool to create my product listings. I google for keywords or look through Etsy to find items like mine, collecting a list of keywords. Then I use this title, tag, and description tool to put it all together, saving it to my local computer along the way. When ready, I list the product. It is as simple as copy and paste!

The first three sheets contain the primary functionality of the product. Start by entering keywords in the white column on the 1st sheet for tags. Then move to the next sheet for materials and enter them the same way you enter tags. Next, move on to the title and description sheet, which picks up tags from the 1st sheet and generates an optional title with them. At the bottom of the titles and description sheet, a short video shows you how to copy and paste from the optional generated title bar.

The other sheets can be helpful but only work on some websites like Craigslist that use plain HTML tables. If you come across a website with an HTML table full of keywords, you can paste its URL into the sheet for tables. If the website has more than one table, they are number 1 2 3 4 as you go down the page. So you enter the number for the table from the top down. Sometimes it will create a list out of that data. It's a rudimentary scraping tool. The other pages are a little harder to explain. I'm working on getting more tutorials out there for it. On the numbered sheets, the link inside each takes you to a free keyword site on the Internet. You'll type in a term on a free keyword website for the keywords you're looking for. Many of them will not let you copy the keywords in a row. So, you copy all of the keywords and content on the entire page starting at the top of the list and then paste it into the box that says paste here by using CTRL+V or CTRL+Shift+V. If it doesn't work, use CTRL+Z to undo the changes.
