Do I get to see a proof of my personalized or customized item?

Absolutely! Although I do my best to make sure all is correct, I may occasionally miss something, so once ordered, a proof of your personalized or custom design will be provided for review within 24-36 hours. It is imperative that the proof be thoroughly reviewed for any errors. Honeycomb Proverbs also does not proof for errors in spelling, wedding vows, lyrics or grammar. You will be notified via email and/or Etsy when your proof is ready to review. Please note that once a proof is approved the order will be processed and no further corrections or adjustments can be made.

What if I have not received a proof?

If you ordered a personalized/customized item and you have not received an email/notification regarding your proof within 24-36 hours of ordering, please confirm the email address used for your order and check your email spam/junk folders. If you are unable to locate your mockup, please reach out directly here on Etsy.

How do I send a photo?

You can send a photo either by using the messaging app here on Etsy, or by emailing it to hcproverbs@gmail.com. Please be sure to add your order number to the subject line.

How do I send you the lyrics or wording for my personalized/custom order?

When ordering, please use the personalization box to provide personalization details that are 1024 characters or less. This field is located beneath the size/style selections. If you have over 1024 characters, please instead use the "notes" field on the checkout page to provide your verbiage or lyrics.

How long will it take to receive my personalized/custom item?

Processing and overall time varies, based upon how quickly the proof is approved, and the product-type, size and style. This time frame may be as little as 1-2 weeks or as long as 3 weeks. Please refer to the item descriptions for more details about processing times. Once a proof is approved, most personalized or custom items are produced within 5-9 working days.

Do you offer rush processing for last-minute orders?

Although I'd love to guarantee a quicker processing time, the majority of the items I product and ship are time-sensitive. Please contact me ahead of time if you are concerned about meeting your deadline and I will be happy answer any questions you have regarding your deadline.

Do you offer expedited transit?

You can add an upgrade to your shipping at checkout. This option will get your item to you within 1-2 working days of shipping. Please keep in mind that weekends are often not considered "working days".

How long is shipping for international orders?

Due to the changes in protocol that have occurred since the arrival of COVID 19, overseas and international transit may be delayed and tracking may be slow to update. Although some orders may arrive in as little as 3 weeks, others may take up to 6. Much of this is a result of limited cargo space for flights and limited personnel and hours of operations for many carriers as well as the import/customs in the destination country.

I received a custom/personalized item with an error, is there anything that can be done?

Unfortunately, once an approval is provided and the item has been produced and delivered, nothing can be done to correct the error so a replacement would need to be purchased. Each item is made to order and personalized or custom pieces require review and approval prior to being produced.
